American Citizen Services: The American Citizen Services Section is open weekdays from 8am to 12pm. This office is closed on Wednesdays.

Visas: The Visa Section is open weekdays from 8am to 4pm. All persons seeking U.S. visas require an appointment in advance. Approved visas are generally ready at 3pm of the day following the appointment. Certain applications may require more lengthy processing.
