Security Message for U.S. Citizens: Planned Demonstration in Ottawa

The U.S. Embassy Ottawa informs U.S. citizens of a planned demonstration scheduled for tomorrow, Saturday, May 2. The City of Ottawa granted a permit to Burundians in Action to march in the vicinity of Parliament Hill and the U.S. Embassy. The event will begin at approximately 13:00 and if it follows according to the timetable will arrive at the U.S. Embassy between 14:00 and 14:30.
