Documentary Requirements for Entry into the United States
Under the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI), all persons, whether U.S. Citizen or foreign nationals, must present a valid passport, passport card, WHTI-compliant document or alternate approved travel document to enter or depart from the United States.
